Returns and Refund Policy

All returns, refunds, and exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis. The following is intended as a guideline to our return policy and is not intended as a guarantee. 

Limited Edition Items, discontinued items, sale items, clearance items, and custom orders may not be returned.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Nor will we pay shipping on returns of exchanges.

Apparel ordered that does not fit or is the wrong size is not eligible for refund with the exception of items with an incorrect sizing chart.

We strongly suggest that you insure your return items, as we cannot be responsible or issue a refund for damaged, lost, or misdirected shipments.

Refunds will be processed after the satisfactory completion of these conditions.

The Return process can be started by either emailing customerservice@kravmagadallas.com or bringing the item to our studio at 3263 Independence Pkwy, Plano, TX, 75075

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 

Shipping

Once an order is fulfilled & collected by USPS it is out of our control. If your package is shown as lost we will gladly replace your order after 10 business days to allow for USPS to scan. If the package appears as delivered, but you did not in fact receive the items, please file a claim with your local post office. The results of your claim will determine the results of your order.
